Program and sender
The Lichen SMS program is operated by Lichen, Inc. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, intake questions, document follow-ups, client care, service coordination, event follow-up, and promotional information about Lichen services or events.
How to opt in
You may opt in only through Lichen’s public SMS Consent page by sending START to +1 844-520-1233 from your own mobile number. Sending START is an electronic signature and an affirmative request to enroll that number in this recurring automated messaging program. Lichen does not treat a ticket purchase, phone-number field, general inquiry, or acceptance of website terms as SMS consent.
Consent is optional
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or receiving any ticket, property, goods, or services. You may contact Lichen by email instead.
Frequency and cost
You may receive up to four program messages per month; messages in a conversation you initiate may be additional. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out and revocation
Reply STOP at any time to withdraw your consent. Lichen may send one confirmation message and then will stop program messages unless you later opt in again. You may also ask us to stop by emailing hello@licheninc.com. Once you opt out, we will keep your number on a do-not-text list so you do not receive a later campaign by mistake.

Privacy and consent records
Lichen handles SMS information under its Privacy Notice. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, bought, or transferred. Messaging vendors and carriers may process them solely to deliver messages and maintain consent and suppression records, not for their own marketing. Lichen retains evidence of the date, time, number, program, and method of consent and retains suppression records as needed to honor opt-outs.
Availability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, network, and communications providers. SMS is not an emergency channel and should not be used for urgent legal, procurement, safety, or filing deadlines.
Changes
Lichen may update these terms, but a material change to the sender, message subject, or use of your number may require new consent. The effective date above identifies the current terms.
